Heckfield’s most magnificent living space, the stunning Long Room, offers complete seclusion, unrivalled views across the lakes and grounds, and luxurious spaces for entertaining under a Georgian vaulted ceiling.
Lake Room
Positioned in the heart of the house and with separate sitting room, the Lake Room’s sweeping bay window offers a breathtaking panorama of the lakes and estate.
Heath Room
One of Heckfield’s most secluded corners, nestled in the top of the House, the Heath Room is a divine hideaway with aspects to the East, South and West, and views across the lakes and beyond.

Coppice Room
Escape to the countryside and the peace and quiet of a cottage in the grounds of Heckfields Estate. Church Lodge is black white timbered gatehouse, tucked away amongst its own gardens, with a gentle palette and embroidered detailing connecting to the surrounding landscape.
An intimate candlelit sitting room welcomes you into the understated style of the Coppice Room, with its delicate palette of sage and dusty rose, and views across the upper and lower lakes.
